Students these days are interested in social networking tools. So, to get students interested in photography, I started introducing the students to popular instagram photographers like Lauren Lemon. Discussed few works of hers and then gave them an assignment to take pictures for the title “Feelings” and upload it onto instagram. I also created a closed profile for the class on instagram.
Here are some pictures taken for this assignment.

Workshop conducted as part of their post exam activities at Fuhua Secondary School.
It was a wonderful experience conducting this workshop for the students of the Canossian School, Singapore. The students were very much involved in learning this art form and very curious to try their hands in getting the designs well.
This is the first time I am doing a workshop for the National Library Board. It was fun preparing for the workshop. As the target group was 5 – 10 yrs, I got instant feedback which is really rewarding. Looking forward to do more of such workshops in future.
I was humbled when Dhanya, an Engineering student from Nationals University Singapore asked me to give an interview for a Online blog, A learning a day. I was happy to share my experiences.
This workshop was conducted as part of the Docent Ongoing Training Program at the Asian Civilizations Museum, Singapore. It was timely as the Patterns Of Trade Exhibition was also going on and the docents who attended the workshop were involved in guiding the exhibition.
All of them enjoyed this session and it was received well.
Two hours workshop with the students of Regent Secondary School.
